Three plans designed around how growth problems actually work — not how agencies like to bill. Start with diagnosis. Execute what matters. Build systems that compound.
Indian startups don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of misdiagnosed execution.
Indian startups fail due to execution gaps, not ideas

Operating across product, growth, and marketing simultaneously
You don’t have to start at the top. The journey is designed to build trust and context at every step.
Audit across product, funnel, acquisition, and messaging. Delivers a clear bottleneck map and a prioritised action plan — nothing gets built until we know what’s worth building.
Focused execution on 1–2 priority areas. Scope agreed before work starts. Covers product design, website, brand, CRO, and onboarding — delivered to production standard.
Long-term partnership across SEO, paid growth, GTM strategy, funnels, and automation. Two to three workstreams running in parallel with weekly strategy and monthly reporting.
Select the plan you’re considering to see exactly what’s included and how it works.
Pricing reflects problem complexity and involvement level — not a list of deliverables. The intake form determines the exact price before the first call.
Start here if you’re unsure what’s blocking growth. No execution. No lock-in. Pure clarity.
Focused execution on 1–2 areas. Scoped, priced, and agreed before a single thing gets built.
An ongoing thinking and execution partner across 2–3 growth channels for 6+ months.

A few honest answers to the questions I hear most often before we start working together.
A full audit across product, funnel, acquisition, and messaging — plus a bottleneck map and a 30-day action plan. The action plan horizon scales with how long you stay subscribed: 30 days for month 1, 60 days at month 2, 90 days at month 3+. One month is enough to get genuine clarity on what’s broken and what to do about it. There’s no obligation to continue.
For Diagnosis: complexity of the business and the number of areas audited.
For Execution: lower end means 1 area with existing brand assets; higher end means 2 areas with a new build from scratch including design and development both.
For Growth: lower end is 2 areas; higher end is 3 areas running in parallel with creatives, automation, and strategy all active simultaneously.
The intake form determines this before the first call – there are no surprises.
Yes, within reason. Small additions from another plan can be absorbed under the fair use policy — minor tweaks that don’t materially change the scope or timeline. If the secondary area is substantial, it is scoped as a separate phase or added to the following month.
The hard constraint is that total active workstreams never exceed 2–3 at any time. If the scope fundamentally changes, we wind down the current plan and start fresh with a new scope agreement.
Completely fine. The Diagnosis Plan output is yours — it is a recommendation document, not a lock-in.
After the subscription ends, I’m available for brief async check-ins for up to 30 days at no additional cost. After that, if you need more support, we can scope a follow-up engagement. The business relationship matters more than the transaction.
Not as written — and that’s acknowledged upfront. If you’re early-stage with minimal data, success metrics are redefined collaboratively at the start of the engagement based on your actual baseline, not industry averages.
Month 1 is used to establish realistic benchmarks, and KPIs are anchored to movement from those benchmarks rather than to absolute numbers. The 6-month minimum still applies — growth channels need time regardless of starting point.
Small additions that don’t meaningfully shift scope or timeline are absorbed under the fair use policy — no extra charge, no new document. If the addition is more substantial, it is assessed, priced, and agreed upon before any work starts.
There’s no fixed percentage rule — each case is looked at on its own. Nothing gets done without mutual agreement. Nothing gets added silently.
Yes. After the final handoff doc is delivered, I’m available for implementation questions and clarifications for up to 1–2 months post-engagement at no additional cost — for async queries. If the involvement goes deeper (QA, reviewing dev output, scope changes after handoff), that becomes a new phase and is priced accordingly.
It’s not a lifetime commitment, but it’s enough of a window to make sure the work actually ships correctly.
A Diagnosis Plan can usually kick off within a week of the intro call — fill the form, have a 30-minute call, align on scope, start. Execution and Growth Plans require a scoping conversation first — typically 3–5 days to agree on scope and deliverables.
I take a limited number of clients at any given time to maintain quality. Current availability will be confirmed over email or on the call.
